This Privacy Policy describes how RankHubPro (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the RankHubPro platform at rankhubpro.com and app.rankhubpro.com (the “Service”).
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, business name, and (optionally) phone number. We use this information to identify you, communicate with you, and provide the Service.
1.2 Client Project Data
As an agency user, you may add information about businesses you manage on behalf of your clients, including business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, services offered, and service areas (collectively, “Project Data”). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide this information.
1.3 Third-Party Integration Credentials
To enable platform features, you may connect third-party services such as Cloudflare, Google (Search Console, Business Profile), Resend, Twilio, and others. We store the API keys and OAuth tokens you provide, encrypted at rest, solely for the purpose of making API calls on your behalf.
1.4 Google User Data
When you connect your Google account via OAuth, we request the following scopes only when needed:
- userinfo.email — to identify the connected Google account
- webmasters — to read Google Search Console data for keyword rank tracking
- siteverification — to automatically verify site ownership for Search Console
- business.manage — to manage Google Business Profile listings on behalf of your verified business clients (create/update locations, publish posts, reply to reviews, upload photos)
Use of Google user data is limited to the features described above. We do not sell, share, or use Google user data for advertising, training AI models, or any purpose unrelated to providing the requested feature. We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
1.5 Lead Data
When visitors submit forms on websites you build with RankHubPro, we collect their name, email, phone number, and any other information they provide. This data is forwarded to you (the agency) and your designated renters according to your project settings. We do not use lead data for any purpose other than delivering it to you and analyzing it for spam.
1.6 Usage Data
We collect basic analytics about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, and API call counts. This helps us improve the platform and bill usage-based services accurately.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- To deploy websites, manage GBP listings, and forward leads as you instruct
- To communicate with you about your account, billing, and service updates
- To detect and prevent spam and abuse
- To improve the platform and develop new features
- To comply with legal obligations
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers: We use trusted third parties to operate the platform, including Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (CDN), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), OpenAI (AI content), and Anthropic (AI content). These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us.
- API destinations you authorize: When you instruct us to call a third-party API (e.g., create a GBP listing, deploy a Cloudflare Worker, send an email), we transmit the necessary data to that destination on your behalf.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.
4. Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting privacy@rankhubpro.com. Some data may be retained in backups for up to 90 days after deletion. Lead data is retained according to your project settings.
5. Security
We use industry-standard security practices including TLS encryption for data in transit, encrypted storage at rest for sensitive credentials, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your account and associated data
- Export your data in a machine-readable format
- Revoke OAuth access to third-party integrations at any time
- Object to processing or request restriction
To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@rankhubpro.com. You can also revoke Google OAuth access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and operate the Service. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
8. International Users
RankHubPro is operated from the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
