Terms of Service

Welcome to RankHubPro. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RankHubPro platform (the “Service”) operated at rankhubpro.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using RankHubPro, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at security@rankhubpro.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
  • Build or host websites that violate any third party’s rights or applicable laws
  • Manage Google Business Profiles for businesses that have not authorized you to do so
  • Submit false information to citation directories
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission
  • Use the Service to compete with RankHubPro

4. Client Authorization Requirement

RankHubPro is designed for marketing agencies that manage online presence on behalf of verified small-business clients. You represent and warrant that:

  • You have explicit written or recorded authorization from each business owner before creating, claiming, or modifying their Google Business Profile, citation listings, or any other online presence using the Service
  • The business information you provide (name, address, phone, hours, services, photos) is accurate and reflects the actual business
  • You will promptly update or remove any listing if the business owner withdraws their authorization
  • You comply with the Google Business Profile guidelines, including the prohibition on creating duplicate, fake, or misleading listings

Violation of these requirements is grounds for immediate account termination and may result in suspension of your Google account by Google.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Google, Cloudflare, Resend, Twilio, OpenAI, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective providers’ terms of service and acceptable use policies. You are responsible for any fees or quotas charged by third parties when you use your own API keys.

6. Subscription, Billing, and Trials

Paid subscriptions begin at the end of any free trial period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard.

Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods. If you believe you have been billed in error, contact billing@rankhubpro.com within 30 days.

7. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the content, project data, and lead data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit this data solely as necessary to provide the Service. You can export or delete your data at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

The RankHubPro platform, including all software, designs, templates, and documentation, is owned by RankHubPro and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT YOUR SITES WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR SEARCH RANKING.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANKHUBPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RankHubPro, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party — including any claim that you managed a Google Business Profile or other online listing without authorization from the business owner.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability) will survive.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which RankHubPro is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
